My Services
Reflexology
Reflexology can help to relieve tension and anxiety, encourage relaxation, improve mood, and promote healing and balance throughout all of the body systems.
Indian Head Massage
Body Massage
The many benefits of this therapy can also include an increased feeling of well being, stress relief, improved skin condition, pain reduction and sleep improvement.
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese spiritual healing technique in which practitioners can help your body heal itself through touch. “Rei” translates to “universe” or “life force,” and “ki” translates to the physical energy of the body (also known as qi); put together, Reiki translates to “universal life force energy.”
During a Reiki session while lying on a massage couch, fully clothed and covered with a sheet and/or blankets, the therapist will rest their hands on (or above) various parts of your body. The hand positions are designed to cover three main areas: your major organs, your major chakras, and your major meridians (energy pathways). As the energy transfers from the therapist's hands various sensations may be felt , such as a feeling of extreme warmth, coolness, tingling or swirling sensations, these sensations are totally normal and mean that the energy is flowing and the body's energy pathways are unblocking.
Reiki is a complementary therapy that can be used alongside conventional medicine and treatments and can help with both acute and chronic conditions both emotional and physical.
Scar Massage Therapy
Scar Massage Therapy is a gentle non-invasive treatment used to help relieve tightness around a scar, working on the surrounding and underlying muscles, fascia and tissue. It can help improve the mobilisation of the scar tissue, relieve adhesions, improve the appearance of the scar, improve numbness by increasing blood flow to the area, reduce pain and improve range of movement. This method of Therapy can also assist with emotional recovery from the injury, being a Holistic, hands on treatment, which focusses on the whole person’s wellbeing.
Scars caused by surgery or accidents (including burns) whether new or old can benefit from Scar Therapy but immature scars (less than 2 years old) have been shown to respond more positively and faster due to the ongoing remodelling phase of the healing process.
Scar Massage Therapy can usually begin on the wound once it has completely visibly healed and there are no scabs, stitches or drainage.
Scar Massage Therapy techniques are gentle and relaxing and aim to loosen and soften scar tissue, coupled with aftercare advice including scar hydration and bespoke self-massage techniques to practice at home between sessions.
Sports Massage Therapy
Sports massage therapy is a targeted approach to soft tissue manipulation designed to alleviate pain, prevent injury, and enhance physical performance. Techniques such as myofascial release, compression, and gliding strokes promote circulation, reduce muscular tension, and support recovery.
Though commonly used by athletes, this therapy benefits anyone experiencing muscular imbalance, chronic discomfort, or post-injury rehabilitation.
After an initial consultation and assessment of range of movement, a treatment plan will be created for you. Every bespoke massage that you receive will be tailored to target your problems areas, working within your levels of comfort at all times.
I also offer pre and post event massage to help you either prepare or recover from your sporting event and help reduce the likelihood of injuries.

I was visiting the area to see friends and was recommended to see Nouyou, so I booked a relaxing hot stone massage with Vicky and I’m pleased I did.
Absolutely great experience and exactly what I needed to help relax and feel ‘brand new’ again.
Very professional service and made to feel comfortable.
When I’m back up visiting I will definitely book in again - 100% recommended.

I have had a long ongoing injury in my top leg/hip area that has caused me pain and discomfort over many years. I have visited my GP been referred for MRIs and X-rays… no diagnosis given.. I’ve seen physiotherapists given exercises to complete which I did religiously.. seen chiropractors and osteopaths.. the list is exhausting and expensive and gave little relief…
For the last few months I’ve been treated by Vicky.. she has taken time to listen to me and worked on the painful area and surrounding parts of my body that have over the years taken the toll and needed to be managed
…The relief I’ve experienced from Vicky’s massage has been ‘life changing’ for me…I’m almost pain free and my mobility has improved significantly
…I can’t thank you enough Vicky and look forward to your next visit
